Refunds
Sellabout does not handle payments between buyers and sellers, so we cannot issue refunds for item sales.
Item sales
Buyers pay sellers directly through the seller's preferred personal payment method (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or cash). Sellabout never collects or holds these funds. If something goes wrong with a sale, contact the seller first, then use your payment app's built-in dispute or protection process where available.

Memberships & plans
Subscription fees (seller membership, HOA monthly plans) are billed in advance and non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. One-time HOA event plans are refundable up to 14 days before the event date if the event hasn't been published.
Ad campaigns
Unspent campaign budget is refundable if a campaign is cancelled before launch. Once an ad goes live, spend is non-refundable except for proven delivery issues on our end.
Reporting bad actors
We can suspend accounts and remove listings for fraud or policy violations, but we cannot reverse a payment made off-platform. Contact support to report a problem.
